Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, TempleDivine does not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered.
If the product is received in a damaged condition (such as broken packaging, leakage, or any other physical damage), a refund or replacement will only be considered if the issue is reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer must provide a clear video proof of the unboxing showing the damage.

Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage, mishandling, or incorrect application of the product will not be covered under this policy.
Once a return request is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be transferred using the same payment method that was used while placing the order.
A refund may also be obtained if the order is cancelled by the customer either before the order is shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs earlier. If the cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
No refund requests will be accepted once the order has been shipped.
